Military rugged keyboard for use with night-vision goggles introduced

Stealth Computer Inc. in San Jose, Calif., is introducing a military rugged keyboard with built-in trackball mouse and adjustable backlight keys for military, aviation, or vehicle applications where military night-vision goggles are worn.

The Stealth model KYBX-400 series industrial-grade keyboard is environmentally sealed to NEMA 4, 4X, IP65 specifications, and is housed in a stainless steel enclosure that stands up to harsh, wet, and dirty conditions.

Stealth's hardened keyboard features 71 full-travel polymer keys with silent tactile feedback. The 38-millimeter optical trackball is sealed to IP65 specifications and offers resolution of 800 DPI.
