ManTech award will support Navy C4ISR program

ManTech International Corp. will provide technical support to the Navy under a five-year, $49.8 million contract.

The company’s contract with the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Center Atlantic calls for ManTech to perform technical support services to augment command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) required by the Defense Department and other federal agencies, the company announced today.

A Spawar Atlantic partner for more than 15 years, ManTech will assist in the engineering and software integration of tactical systems for the Navy and Marine Corps, which includes mobile, tactical and fixed-site vehicle systems, fleet management systems, procurement and life-cycle management programs.

Spawar, one of three acquisition commands for the Navy, serves as a warfighting lab, offering IT products and services, engineering, and integration for C4ISR systems, the announcement states.
